Hey everyone! Lately I have drinking a lot of green smoothies and I thought I’d share my recipe with you. This recipe serves two, but I usually drink it all myself lol. You can tweak this recipe to your liking; maybe add some flax or chia seed for even more nutrients.
What you will
need:

½ - ¾ C Almond milk (unsweetened)
·
2 kiwi
·
1 pear
·
1 apple
·
1 banana (small-medium)
·
1 C baby kale
·
1 C baby spinach
·
Ice (4 cubes)
