Hello everyone. So I delayed this blog post because I was too lazy to write it and I've been super busy, but I purchased some new nail polish and I wanted to do a design with both of them. At Walgreen's I bought two more polishes from Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel line. The first was a deep dark purple (the base color) called "Boho a-Go-Go" (#549). It's a super pretty color and it's a great polish just like the rest of the line. However, it did chip a lot on the tips of my nails, but I'm blaming the top coat I used which is over a year old. Also my nails were pretty long so it's easy for them to chip. The other color, which is a sort of pastel yellow (it's darker than pastel, but not like a super yellow color) called "Gigabryte" (#769). I needed another yellow color after my Insta-Dri one dried up and I really liked this color. It went well with the purple so I wanted to incorporate them both in the design. Hey guys! I know this post is late, but now that school has started back up all I ever do is homework. It's ridiculous I don't do anything anymore (not that I ever did lol). Anyway enough excuses. I did these swatches forever ago, like October of last year, so my memory of these colors are a distant memory. However, I didn't have a post planned so I thought I would show you these. The deep red color is "Wine Stock" (#480). I really like this color and it would be a great holiday nail color. However, because I love red nail polish, especially deep red, I will wear this whenever I want. As every other Miracle Gel polish I own, this is a great polish. I believe this was only one coat as well which is super cool. The other color is "All Chalked Up" (#230) and it is a pastel purple color. Hello everyone! I feel bad for not posting much this month (I’ve only done one nail design!?), but I have had no inspiration since my April Nail Art challenge. Finally I have figured out what I’ll be doing for the rest of May and a bit of June and the first design is Peacock nails. I got this idea from Pinterest (obvs). The polishes I used for this design were Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel shade in “Combustealble” (#540), Insta-Dri shades in “Brisk Blue” (#430), “Mint Sprint” (#440) and “Lickety-Split Lime” (#29), Essie’s “Good As Gold” (#941), and Blackheart Beauty’s “Deep Sky Blue”. I also used a small nail art brush and a nail dotter. I started with “Combustealble” as a base. Then, using my small nail art brush, I painted diagonal lines starting at the corner of my nail across my entire nail. These are both new polishes that I have used for my Valentine’s tutorials (look at those if you haven’t) and I will now, very enthusiastically, review them for you. Hello everyone! For Valentine’s Day tutorial #2 I took inspiration from Pinterest to create a simple heart nail design. This one is ultra simple and quick, but it’s so adorable.   Here’s what you’ll need. The colors I used were Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel polish in the shade “Pink Tank” (#220), Essie “Good as Gold” (#941), and Essie “Rock at the Top” (#962). I also used a nail dotter from Bundle Monster.  To start off, I painted all my nails using my pink polish and let it dry. Next, I used the Miracle Gel top coat to seal the polish and make it last an extra long time. Using a nail dotter I dotted a small heart by the cuticle of all my nails. Finally, I added the gold glitter to the hearts for an extra touch. I hope you all like this design! Hello everyone! I’m back from my nail design break and to start things off I decided do polka dots and stripes. Last Sunday I did a review on this base color and chose to paint over that instead of redoing my nails (lol lazy). The colors I used for this design were Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel shade in “Greyfitti” (#260), Xtreme Wear shade in “White On” (#300), and Insta-Dri shade in “Presto Pink” (#210). I also used Kiss Design Tip Guides and a nail dotter. On my index and pinky fingers I added white polka dots using a nail dotter. On my thumb and ring fingers I used 3 chevron nail stickers and painted a pink color over top. After waiting 10 seconds for the polish to set, I removed the stickers. For my middle fingers I dotted on a pink line and a white line near the tip of my nail. Finally, I set all my designs with a clear coat.   Hello everyone! Today I have a review for one of my newer polishes by Sally Hansen called “Greyfitti” (#260). So, keep reading to see what I think!  The first thing I have to say is that this polish took 3 coats to get this opacity. That was a little bit annoying, but it didn’t take too long to dry and this color is very pretty. I guess if you needed a really transparent grey color for any type of nail design that this polish could be considered multifunctional.  Also, this color reminds me of Candie’s “Concrete Jungle”, which I’ve done reviews on before, except it's a bit of a lighter shade of grey. I may like Candie’s a bit better… no offense to Sally Hansen lol. This polish is great and you know that I love Sally Hansen products, but I prefer the other one a bit more. Overall, I’d say that this polish deserves 4 out of 5 stars. I like the color and it dries quickly. So far it has lasted with no chips (even though I haven’t had it on for that long so I’...

Hello everyone! I recently purchased another nail polish from Sally Hansen’s Miracle Gel collection called “Game of Chromes” (#510) and I thought I’d write a review for it today. Frist of all, the name is genius. Secondly, lol, the color is gorgeous. It is really shiny and when you move your fingers under the light it kind of looks like it switches between silver and gold, like a hologram or something. It is just a really nice color if you are looking for a solid nail design that isn't super boring. I also really liked the formula of the polish. It went on very smoothly (just like the others from the line did) and it was opaque with one coat. When I used the top coat (which you have to buy separately unless you get a kit and it’s expensive but whatever), it lasted a long time with no chips. Hey everyone! So if you haven't heard, Sally Hansen came out with a new line of polishes called Miracle Gel. It is a gel like polish, but it requires no light, just a gel color and the top coat! I was expecting them to be amazing, and I was right; I absolutely love them! I picked up 3 polishes from my local Walgreens for $10 a bottle: The top coat (#100), "Electra-cute" (#300), and "Combustealble" (#540). I chose to use the orange "Electra-cute" first. Like I said, you just apply the color like normal; I did two coats, and then the top coat. The first thing I noticed was the color, which is beautiful and very bright. It's a great color for summer. Next, I noticed how it was easy to apply and dried super quickly (even faster than some of the Insta-Dri polishes, I might add). Finally, just as a gel polish would, it stayed on my nails and didn't chip. I was very satisfied with this polish and I give it a 5 out of 5; I can't wait to try th...
